Anabolic Switch by MRI

BASIC OVERVIEW:
I had purchased a tub of Anabolic Switch by MRI. Here’s a basic overview of Anabolic Switch in one serving (3 scoops):
– 6 grams of 7 different types of creatine
– 4 grams of 8 different amino acids
– taurine, CarnoSyn® beta alanine, and AAKG
BY MY opinion, the profile looked completely solid and extremely promising to big gains. It instructs the individual to take 1 serving before your workout, and then one serving after your workout. On OFF days, it recommends you drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving twelve hours later. Now, let’s get to the good stuff.

TASTE: 8.5/10
– The flavor I had received was Fruit Punch, which is an overused flavor in the supplement industry. Needless to say, this fruit punch DID NOT disappoint me in any way. It had a slight carbonation feeling to it, which definitely brought out a distinct flavor. I almost can relate Anabolic Switch’s flavor with fruit punch gatorade mixed with crushed up sweet tarts. I looked forward to slamming back Anabolic Switch before and after a workout.

MIXABILITY: 8/10
– With the large amounts of creatine in Anabolic Switch, I was blown away by how consistent the mixability was. It wasn’t a very grainy mixture at all, definite “props” to MRI for accomplishing a smoothe blend with 6 grams of creatine. The only issue I had was the foam. The foam sits at the top of the drink, but once you chug it, the foam will end up on the bottom of the bottle. This isn’t a big issue at all, just throw in another 5 ounces of water and shake it up again. Problem solved – and trust me, it’s worth it.

RESULTS: 9/10
This is the part that actually matters for those goal oriented individuals. First off, make sure you’re drinking well over a gallon of water a day. Taking in 12 grams of creatine is pretty heavy, so be careful with that aspect. After about 4 days, I had saw some pretty solid gains starting to take place. All of my compound movements such as bench press, dips, squats, deadlifts, and others had shot up 5-15 lbs (depending on the lift). Not only did my lifts increase pretty dramatically in a short time, my recovery period had shortened! I was beginning to feel mildly sore, and that’s after hitting new personal bests on compound movements. I had noticed my weight fluctuated from 179-184, which is typically waterweight. But pushing more weight will yield bigger results. If you are looking to pack on some SIZE, STRENGTH, and shorten RECOVERY periods, then I definitely recommend Anabolic Switch by MRI!

MRI: I have also purchased NO2 Black 180 Capsules, and Black Powder (Fruit Punch). I will be reviewing NO2 Black when I finish the bottle in a week. Get ready for this one…First time I’ve ever tried an NO2 Capsule product and I’ve been blown away. Black Powder will be reviewed after I finish the 40 serving pre-workout tub.
